No you do not have a lot of time. With 23 people involved they will drag this out for as long as they can to get you over the 6 years. My advice go to a claim solicitor like Bott & Co or EuClaim straight away don't delay. You might have to pay around 30% of each claim but with the time constraint you could end up with nothing.0

You might struggle if you don't have flight details. You will need to get a shimmy on if the flight was in July, due to the 6 year limitation. You have to start any legal action before the 6 years (not just your claim to the airline) otherwise its game over.If you're new. read The FAQ and Vauban's Guide

matman2005, as a general rule solicitors will not take any late running claims and you may have to do this yourself. You need to establish which airlines you were actually flying with, WOW is an Icelandic airline which never flew from Birmingham to Amsterdam so getting some facts together is vital, in fact Wow's first flights were in 2012 so it can't have been them. If you know the actual date of the flight, you might find the possible options on flightstats.com but you need to act now before it is all too late0

Yes, but the claim would be through BA who bought them out.
BA are telling fibs or getting very confused about WOW.Please read Vaubans superb guide. To find it Google and then download 'vaubans guide'.0 -

Possibly someone at BA is getting confused because WOW operate using the same IATA code as BMIbaby used to.
Yes, I think you're right. Re using the WW code has confused someone within the airline industry who should know better. Please read Vaubans superb guide. To find it Google and then download 'vaubans guide'.0 -
