This are just way too good! I was amazed at how many the mix made (and I didn't make small ones hehe) definitely top of the biscuit recipes in this household now - already had requests to keep a stash here as well as one in Dad's office and one at work! Amazing!

I hope you ordered large quantities of the ingredients, 'cos if your house is anything like mine you'll be making more the next day..... and the next, and the next :rotfl:

  • Made these for the first time tonight and they are great. Husband came home from work and wafted into the kitchen following the baking scents with a smile on his face.

Went a bit mad with the size though and I ended up with dinner plate biscuits (well almost). Personally I think any biscuit that it bigger than your own head would make anyone happy.

OH and I usually have a cereal bar each day, with a latte while watching Deal or No Deal, but we ran out of them so I made another batch of these on Friday, with the intention of them replacing the cereal bars, however they are so moreish that we finished them today! As delicious as they are, I mustn't make anymore or I'll never lose the weight I need to lose!
