Just made these for the first time this afternoon with kids - on half term and raining, so going stir crazy!
Somehow I don't think there will be enough left to freeze - they are delicious.
Next time, we will mix in fruit/choc chips/nuts. I can see the tray bake idea is a good one, as some of the bics this afternoon spread rather a long way, and joined with their neighbours!! Wouldn't win any prizes for looks.0 -

just popped my hobnobs into the oven but am concerned because i used
tesco value soft spread and then just notised its not used for baking ( which is says in tiny writing :mad: .)
also I have a gas oven and do not know what temprature to put it on ?
cant see this working out but will let you know .Kindness costs nothing0 -

lol same here , mine all joined together so had to cut into squares,
I am going to freeze them once cooled but have no parchment paper left,
do you think they would be ok ontop of each other in a food bag ?
