I will be busy tomorrow making several batches to sell at a fund raiser for a childrens hospice.i am sure they will sell well ..... if i can stop Mr and Master Noah eating them before i get there.0

Just made a batch using Dorset Cereals' muesli instead of oats. And they are going down very nicely thankyou very much...If you do what you've always done, you'll get what you've always got.

They're nicely chewy in the middle and the fruit and nuts make a nice change - I made a half batch and still had 16 large biscuits!
Will put some chopped cherries in next time too. I love your hobnob recipe Twink... thanks so much for posting it!! And it's a great recipe for adapting too!!

I have to say a huge thanks or this recipe.I make a double batch every 2 weeks and have passed the recipe on to numerous people.
We recently had a kitchen upgrade and I lost my recipe so had to come and hunt it down again cos we cant live without these bicuits lol0
