This is such a forgiving recipe, everytime I have just lobbed something in, they have come out yummy. This weeks's adventure was to make them with swiss style muesli that no one was eating, they were yum, also used up some instant strawberry ready brek in a muesli batch, have to say I'm not keen but no 1 son seems to like them :-)(the strawberry flavouring is a bit artificial for me).Eat food, not edible food-like items. Mostly plants.0

good to know that the hobnobs are so forgiving, there always seems to be a half eaten box of cereal in the cupboard no one wants0 -
Having recently moved into my first house, I've been experimenting in the kitchen. Up to press I had not felt brave enough to "bake", but I have just made these hobnobs!!
They are cooling on the side now (one may have escaped and made it safely into my mouth).
Fab recipe and, so I've been reading, very adaptable to many flavours.
Thanks very much :THow long til pay day?
