Just a quick update: I WON!!!


The CSA called me this morning and have agreed to pay me the amount my ex received from his house sale plus interest for the past three years on top, I have been faxed a form to sign and return, then should have the money in the next week or so!! they havent told me the amount of interest as it will be calculated up until the day the cheque is sent, but should add a fair bit on.



I cant even begin to tell you how pleased I am, all the stress and worrying has been worth it, as they have admitted they were wong! Thanks guys for all the help so far, I couldnt have done it without you. And even though there is a still a big chunk owing to me, I am so pleased I have at least stood my ground and got this far and never gave up, depsite being very tempted at times!
