LOL, thanks for the giggle!! My OH has just finished 30 bottles of home made red, so have plenty to drown my sorrows in!!

I am absolutely furious though, how can they ignore me as if I will just go away quietly! I just had to go out for a walk to calm down as my heart is pounding, i cant remember being this angry before. Am going to calm down a bit then write the snottiest letter to everyone I can think of, the Prime Minister , Secretary of State, anyone else I ca think of, and boy will they get the sharp end of my tongue. I am Miss Angry from Angry Town tonight guys, HOW VERY DARE THEY!

Go for it girl!! Then get even more angry when half of those that you write to ignore you too!! I have had this - I wrote to Baroness Hollis (when she was the Minister for the CSA) and she didn't even acknowledge my letter - it just got sent back to the CRO team for the bog standard reply - none of which has materialised.

    Ahhh! Bad hair day Hollis!

I knew her well - for NOT replying to my concerns either. She replied when it suited her to see how my then MP was getting on ,on a social level. No underlying meanings intended.

Hope she is enjoying her retirement on her pension...

I find complete indifference a much more useful emotion than hate. In fact, I don't hate anyone, although I have come close.

Hate means they have got to you.

I remember my ex saying to me once..." I bet you hate me!?" So I replied, " No! Something much worse - indifference..."

That shut him up. He was quite shocked.

michelefauk - sorry for going off topic.

Unfortunately they HAVE got to me, as I spent most of the night tossing and turning and bending the ear of my poor OH while plotting revenge on the CSA!

I am not a vindictive person by any means, but between them and my ex partner, i am just about driven to distraction

Someone tell me what to do now please?

All you can do is what Kelloggs has advised.

The only other suggestion I can recommend is asking the MP to write a letter asking for an urgent meeting with a senior case manager at your MP's office.

    Stay strong...

Another call from me this morning got me nowhere.. i did get to speak to the lady who was supposedly dealing with my complaint, she said she only got a message yesterday to call me as she was about to leave the building. I asked her why she had had my complaint for 14 weeks and done nothing, and she said she would have to get my file and go through it as she didnt know the answer! and could she call me back? I told her firmly that nobody ever calls me back, and I would like an answer now , to which she refused to help any further without looking into it. when i said this wasnt acceptable, she said "You are not the only case I am dealing with you know! I will call you tomorrow" At this I just slammed the phone down as I had lost my temper by then, and promptly burst into tears of frustration.
will sit down tonight and write a very long letter to everyone I can think of as this is taking over my life and its not fair.

Rotten situation and don't know if this will help you, or anyone else, but when I phone a bureaucratic organisation and they offer to phone me back I tell them, and keep on telling them " Thank you, you're very kind, I'll hold on".
.................:)....I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)

Yeah...heard all of those excuses before. Go through your MP.

    Good Luck.
