    Yes they will

Zones 1-4 in London £161 a month but I doubt zone 1 jobs in London are paying NMW

  • if your evidence demonstrates what your jsa agreement asks of you then you would win an appeal easily i suspect.

I have but they keep coming up with stuff that is stupid like recording jobs you don't apply for
  • isnt the claimants commitment linked to universal credit? so if that doesnt start in march in your area then you wont have the claimants commitment in march either i suspect. it seems alot of people working in the welfare sector like to scaremonger.

A jobcentre guy told me they are trying to prep people for cc by making people do more

I am doing the same - it is depressing

In to see mine tomorrow but that's to sign too so will probably not be in there long and I bet she's fully booked for the next month.

Edit - 6pm just got an email and it says my apt for tomorrow is cancelled and I wont get to see my advisor now till the end of November!

How on earth do they think this is even working!?

I would be over the moon at not seeing my adviser till the end of November, that would be awesome
I have complained about her and I have a second due to a guy that signs me on which I'll probably make soon

Not in this instance as I turned down a ticket for the tennis at the 02 for my birthday as my apt was later in the day and I couldn't make it. If I was told sooner than 9 hrs before I could have gone as I sign on early.

This is meant to be a support programme and 100% proof its not important to see anyone

Yes, we took on a senior trader recently who had been out of work for three years. Of course, it's quite rare for good people to spend so long out of work. Some do, but most top people will simply take up a job offer before then.

You do understand, I assume, that there are not many top candidates who spend years out, don't you? Imagining that there are reams of excellent people on the dole makes no sense. The best people tend to be employed most of the time.
Can everyone be a top candidate ?

Does what you say apply to everyone of all ages ?

You do understand, that you don't know everybody, about all jobs, their circumstances & how it is around the country.

    I don't get any support
I gave a petty vindictive immature female who loves the term "sanction" and a guy who signs me on that lies to my face about what I have said and is a jobsworth thief as he took my logs without my permission

I've been made redundant before, it's pretty common in this business. I had the choice of taking the first thing that was Ok, or holding out for exactly what I wanted. The second took a bit more time, but the first option meant that I was only out for a couple of weeks.

I must admit, with some of the entitled attitudes I see on here, though, that I can see why some posters will probably never work again. They truly stink.

You seem to be mistaking this place for something other than a massive-blame-everyone-else-pity-party.

The fact someone thinks it is 'stupid' to look in another area to find work is just shocking.
