Yes we know that and I have previously stated I have only had 2 meetings since July with my advisor as she is too busy and has not appointments. She can not make appts more than 4 weeks in advance so its pot luck if I get to see her. Other than that I just sign.
They are going to take on more staff for this and that's how they will do it.
You're very lucky. My job center only has 3 staff who act as advisers for the WP leavers and i have to see one of them atleast every 1/2 weeks. She told me it's mean to be weekly, but as they don't have enough staff sometimes it's every 2 weeks.Save, save, save, save.0 -

Can't be correct as the 2nd time i saw mine (couple days ago) she told me i'm doing everything i need to do alone and don't need any of their help, so every time i see her all she does is check my jobs and tell me i can go, but still says 'even though we don't think you need any help it's in our contact that we need you every week if our diary is clear and we have to do our job'Save, save, save, save.0 -

Also depends on how many people the 3 people are seeing.

There is no set structure. May I ask what jobcentre as I am curious if there's others from the same jobcentre getting similar treatment? Don't need to answer if it makes you feel uncomfortable for privacy or other reasons0
