Had a text from Nationwide today to say that our valuation is on the 2nd April, this is a remote valuation. Fingers crossed.1

I am still waiting on any update from Kensington. My vendor is emailing me every day to see if i have an update. I'm extreamly worried that she is going to pull out of the sale if I don't get anything soon. I have barely slept. I know there are things going on in the world and I feel extreamly selfish for wanting an answer, but I honestly believe this is my only chance to get on the property ladder until companies begin doing 95% mortgages again, which we don't know when that will be.Application went in on the 05.03. It has been a long month.0

Estate agent closed it's doors a few weeks ago for the forseable future - unfortunatly it's the only way I can contact her now. Trying to buy some more land, so need to talk to her.
