I am working 12 hour shifts Sunday, Monday and Tuesday so I am hoping it will take my mind off it a bit...easier said than done though! It is so scary because the valuation is the only thing we are waiting for to get our offer approved.1 -

Has anyone heard anything from HTB yet? or aware of what date of applications they are currently looking at?0
-
HTB timeline for me at the moment has been:
- 25th Feb: Application submitted
- 4th March: HTB agency were processing applications from the 11th Feb
- 11th March: HTB processing applications from 13th Feb
So as of Wednesday last week, they were pretty much 1 month behind0 -

12/02 - Viewing perfect house
15/02 - Offer accepted (on the terms I sold my house -which wasn't even on the market- within 2 weeks)
15/02 - AIP from Halifax for more than we need
26/02 - My house on market - SOLD IN 12 HOURS!
09/03 - Full application with Halifax through broker.
EVERYTHING IS CROSSED. We have a weird situation as my partner is an IT contractor so no "perm" employment. Affordability is perfect (if they believe he has a long term job that is). GL everyone!
8 Days from application to offer.'How long is a piece of string' has never been more applicable.3 -

MORTGAGE OFFER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED!!!
Submitted with YBS direct on the 09/03/20 after being told by 2 brokers we wouldn't have a hope in getting a mortgage anywhere (including Accord AND Aldermore)... 8 days later and a lovely offer is on our way to us in the post! I don't think I'll ever get over the feeling when she told me everything was okay!2
