Well I received the mortgage lender's surveyor report today in the post; looks like the valuation has come back ok! Just waiting on the offer now. I understand from previous posts that my lender (Clydesdale) can be quite slow which is frustrating; I just want to knowww!! I assume that as it's got to this stage things are looking good though? Tick tock.

After being a long term lerker...I am happy to say I can now join this thread! My mortgage application to Kensington Mortgages has gone in via my broker today!! I am extreamly anxious. My credit is less than perfect, and I move a lot for work. I never thought I would even get to this stage, I had lost all hope of owning my own house. Does anyone have any recent experiences with this lender? I've got my P60 and everything ready incase they ask. But I'm not sure how long I realistically could be waiting. There is no chain eitherway as I am a FTB.0

My timeline so far, BTW:27.02.20 - Perfect house gets put on the market.29.02.20 - Viewing03.03.30 - AIP recieved03.03.20 - Offer placed and accepted05.03.20 - Mortgage application put in by broker. Hard credit search completed.i've been informed my application is now on the underwriters desk. Each stage I keep thinking I'm going to be knocked back, but my brokers are confident that everything should be fine! I'm THE biggest stressor on the planet. I really don't know how my boyfriend is putting up with me right now!!1

Joint FTB application using HTB on a new build. All paperwork given to MB along with several chats and he came back with a thorough illustration, to which we're happy with. It's with Virgin Money.
AIP applied for yesterday and came back as 'referred to Underwriter' that same afternoon. So now we wait to see what comes back from the Underwriter in the next 24 - 48hrs or so. The stress starts early with our journey!0 -

Our mortgage aplication went to Kensington last Monday through broker. We have supplied usual documents such as bank statements, proof of depposit, id’s. Few days later they have asked for my p60 and few questions regarding our adult doughter as she is still on electoral roll. Valuation had been carried out on Tuesday just gone- now waiting for the offer.we were told by our broker offer to come through Friday or Monday. Stressful times!

Is anyone else waiting for the HTB application to be processed and sent to the solicitors? I got my mortgage offer this week! However the solicitors are waiting for an ‘ATP’ from HTB - apparently there is a huge delay in the HTB applications?!0
