Good luck Akron. Ours wasn’t downvalued at all which was pleasant and neither was the house we’re selling (although I don’t know who the lender was, but it was countrywide surveyors) so it may well be fine! 

Hoping my paper offer will be on the mat when I get home, although the solicitor received it on Friday so that’s good.

Thanks both. Large down-valuations are not common, so I dont expect a big difference (if there is one). 
I was told it would be valued at 9am-3pm today, not heard anything from the EA or broker yet.

Also got my valuation today - property was advertised at offers over £140,000 and we got it for £147,500, hoping everything is going to come back ok...

At worst, it would probably come in at £145k or something, as the margins are small. I got mine at £20k under guide price (they had listed it at an inflated price).

I hope so! The house is in very good condition so I'm hoping for no snags there. Even a drop to £145k would be workable. Just waiting to hear now. All the best with yours!

EA called. Valuation was done this morning and it came in at the price I offered - now I wait for the offer.

Hey guys. How long after the valuation did your mortgage offers come through with Halifax? 
Valuation was done yesterday - my broker said the offer should come through today.
