I think your broker can email you it, otherwise it will be sent in the post. Depends on the lender0

We have applied for a mortgage with Natwest through broker. DIP given on 12th Feb and full application done 13th Feb. Broker asked for proof of PIP payments (which we supplied) but we haven’t heard anything else. The broker said Natwest are busy at the moment. Any idea when we will find out about the mortgage. We are keen to get moving ASAP. Thanks0

Hi All,
I have been lurking for a long while! But I am happy to chime in and report I have just received our mortgage offer from Barclays!!
Our timeline:
10/2/20 - Full Mortgage application submitted
17/2/20 - Valuation carried out
21/2/20 - Mortgage offer granted
I have to say the application process was very smooth, they did not request further documents or anything. We have a history of satisfied CCJs each & 2 defaults all registered over 3 years ago.
Now for the next hurdle!
Good luck to everyone waiting for their offers.2 -
update valuation came back 15k less than what we need and as its a shared ownership property and we are buying 40% so it means we may have to make up the 6k ourselves privately, our only hope is that the valuer did not include the fact it has a parking space and have gone back to the valuers (countrywide) to see if they will take this in to account and change anything has any mortgage brokers had any success with this or any advice on what i should do
21/02/20 full offer granted!!! all the best guys, on to the next step for me also1 -
