    Congrats to you!!

Ive accepted I probably wont have an offer till late next week

Unfortunately I am going through a lender who is famous at being ridiculously slow and picky and sitting on information they already have for days.
  • We applied for a mortgage with tsb over a week ago. Valuation was completed Friday our broker said on Monday they were checking documents and should have done this by Wednesday (yesterday) do they still need to wait for searches from solicitor or will they iff successful offer mortgage pending these? Was hoping to have an answer this week

  • Got my mortgage offer text yesterday. It went to appeal which was nerve wracking, thank goodness the appeal was successful. Waiting for the paper work in post now.

    Happy days. Good luck all.
  • Got a message from our broker to say application now pending final checks after all our documents have been assessed. What does this involve for final checks?

OK today is the day, well maybe hopefully

Apparently our offer is ready but my other half has to prove his statements weren't printed of the computer so he needs the bank to stamp the statements again
  • Today is also the day for us too. Crossing everything we get an answer and a good one!
