Valuation has just been booked with Woolwich for 20 April! Does anyone know if this means we have passed the affordability/credit check bit? So nervous!

Valuation was done yesterday eeeeek! Anyone know how long until we get a copy?

So nervous waiting for the offer now. I forwarded a copy of our gift deposit letter to the broker this morning so now we wait. Broker said within 72 hours we will find out their decision but obviously I'm hoping sooner !

Just has a call from the EA saying valuation has been booked for next Tuesday. Kellsm - keep us updated on what happens, I am also applying with Halifax so would be interested to know!

Fully app submitted today and due to NW new rules they took our valuation fees also... Now we wait!!
