Can i ask about your sa302 s is one from 15/16? As I did my tax return Wednesday, problem is it won't let me print it off. Doesn't say submitted like previous years. I've rang hmrc and they have said theres no problem with my return. And can't tell me why I can't print it off.0

I'm not sure as mine had to come from HMRC... mine are for years ending 15, 14 and 13. Mine was submitted by my accountant so I wasn't able to print them.
But I think I read you can't print it for 72 hours after submitting.0 -
Well, despite being told they had all the documents they needed - nationwide have now come back and asked for hubby's March payslip. We're on holiday and he works in a school so no chance of getting one until next Monday0

Been lurking a long time and thought I'd starting joining in now as my first house purchase is starting to move along
Here's my timeline currently;
12th March viewed house
16th March offer accepted
17th Match AIP from Halifax/house listed as Sold STC
19th March view house for 2nd time
21st March solicitors appointed
24th March Meet mortgage advisor
30th March Vendors appoint solicitors/DIP from Nationwide
31st March Full application to Nationwide/Valuation & Home Buyers Survey booked in
1st April Solicitors start proceedings
12th April Valuation & Survey completed, Mortgage offer in the post!
So as you can see Nationwide were wonderful with us! Within an hour of receiving our application they'd booked the valuation! Albeit for a little less than 2 weeks later. And then within an hour or so of receiving the valuation report they'd offered us our mortgage for the full amount! And the on,y paperwork they requested from us was our last payslip! So I'm very impressed with that process :j:j0 -
Went to see mortgage adviser beginning of January to get a offer in principal, so we could just see what we could afford. Got one with Halifax. All good.
Found the house we wanted to buy @ 85% Mortgage.
Went back to mortgage adviser and applied for full mortgage, turns out a better deal came up with Accord Mortgages. Got the offer in principal and applied for the full mortgage application on 10th March.
They have been back and forth with the MA requesting more and more documents from my other half, because he is self employed. Fine I understand that.
All documents were sent on the 11th April, so nothing back from them yet!!
I have never been given a clear update or time scale.... all they have contacted us about is to provide more documents.
Whole process with have taken 5 weeks tomorrow, SO FAR!
I don't know what to do... how can I get them to move their butts?
Everything else has been done.... we are just waiting for mortgage application to come through. Solicitors getting itchy!!!0 -
We had our mortgage meeting yesterday evening.
The broker said that it's already gone through the underwriter pending documents so in theory once it is submitted it should go straight to valuation.
I hope so! It's being fully submitted with all paperwork this morning and the broker thinks that hopefully we will hear by end of today or tomorrow at latest that it has gone straight to valuation!
Does anybody have a similar experience? It's with Woolwich.0
