Hi Winger
Have you tried calling NatWest? I found them really helpful. They looked into it for me and the valuation had been received by the underwriters but there were delays in scanning it. Still not found out the valuation though as it apparently needs review by an underwriter before it can be conveyed. I was told that mine is likely to be reviewed today.
Fingers crossed we'll both hear soon!0 -
HTB Newbie - My broker have spoken to Natwest on Wednesday when they said should be with them by end of business , and Thursday when they advised still didnt have it and will request to be resent by surveyor, fingers crossed is sorted soon and hope yours goes well !0

Have my offer from Santander, apparently the long delay is because they booked a survey and I cancelled it...except I didn't. The only thing I am wondering is if I was contactd on the phone by esurv who said they were carrying out a survey on behalf of Santander and I said I don't want to take part thinking it was a phone customer service satisfaction survey. I don't think this happened but I have decilined telephone customer service surveys in the past so either it is an admin error or this is what happened - I have submitted a complaint so hopefully the recordings will answer the question....I think....0
