    congratulations Richand and glad your process is moving quickly clippy_girl. :beer:

    We've just noticed that the valuation fee has been taken out our account by NatWest so we're hoping to when our valuation will occur soon! :T Update: NatWest have confirmed all okay subject to valuation.

    Once we get the valuation report in I'll hopefully feel more relaxed, I've no idea whether the valuation will match the agreed purchase price as we're buying a new build which is not part of a development (hence no nearby equivalents).

    My full application went in yesterday.

    I have a lof of adverse credit, but have already been credit checked so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that that bit is ok.

    My application is with Skipton BS.

    Contacted Natwest and they have yet to receive the valuation :(

    They said they should of received it within 24hr of the valuation so perhaps there is a problem? :eek:

    Will call again in a couple of days to see if there is an update.

    My mortgage with skipton is progressing well subject to a refreshed home report. Turns out that the home report can't be refreshed so another valuation is required (at the sellers expense of course - very MSE) so more waiting around. House should value fine so not too worried but I hate all this waiting around!!
