Congrats on your exchange & hope the completion goes through without a hitch :T
I can't wait to get to that point, although I have a lot of stuff to get sorted before then (major house/garage clear-out & pack up of non essentials!) I'm looking forward to not paying rent!
Ohhhhh neither can I! Long way to go though lol! Xx0 -
We completed today and picked the keys up, it's been a stressful process but it's all over now :beer:0

This week now I can't be bothered. My mortgage company wrote me stating my solicitor has asked for a redemption figure. I'm getting excited. Ring the solicitor they have never received a response from the buyers solicitor. I said do you mean ever they said yes. Buyer rang my estate agent asking what is the hold up. My solicitor told me last week the buyers solicitor wanted further details. Now which one is it. You've heard from them or you haven't.Spoke to my solicitor yesterday who said they have contacted my estate agent to contact the buyers solicitor. Spoke to the estate agents today who said no one rang them. Now I have lost the will to live.......0
