Rbs tracker has marked then all as ticks 'this action is complete'. Not sure if this means theyre acceptable or whether we will receive questions on then later.
The bottom says we have instructed a valuation report and will await survey results.
Waiting game.

I uploaded the proof of deposit same day. Next morning that was ticked off. Then the next morning (2 days after payslips) we got email saying approved subject to valuation.0 -

ChonkyChops said:Natwest 75% here, self-employed contractor. Current timeline:
Broker DIP: 09/10
Hard Credit Check: 09/10
Valuation Fee Paid: 12/10
Valuation Booked: 16/10
Seems to be going smoothly at the moment!
Awaiting decision still at this stage, and Natwest seem to be taking quite a while with ours, in comparison to some other applicants here. Finding it difficult to relax these days and not check the tracker every hour!0 -

Mortgage offer 30/102 -
I was going to join this forum yesterday to sit in the mortgage decision 'waiting room'.
My timeline:27/10
Contacted a broker who pulled our info together, looked at credit reports and obtained an AIP with the Halifax within about 2 hours of the phone call. Over the next couple of days all paperwork sent to them to get the full application together (they do pre-underwriting)
Full application sent in at around 3pm.30/10 (Friday)
Full offer letter in my email inbox forwarded from the broker before 11am. I was pretty shocked that it:2/11 (Monday)
- went through that quickly
- got accepted at all. We couldn't 'count' my partners salary as not enough evidence as a recent self-employed position. I also had a fairly substantial amount deducted from my wages for a few months (DEA for tax credits). We also had a little bit of adverse but nothing so bad to be declined on their own.

Still waiting on a mortgage offer
05/10 Full application with Natwest through a broker
27/10 Valuation done
We asked for HomeBuyer survey together with mortgage valuation so I think that is why it took so long.29/10 our mortgage broker called Natwest to ask about offer and they said it should be issued within 48 hours though at the same time they said that payslips were not ticked, but my broker said everything is ticked in her tracker and she received an email confirmation saying “approved subject to valuation”.No offer so far today, broker tried calling them but couldn’t get through, spent over an hour on the phone and then lines closed.Did anyone else experienced waiting for an offer for a long time?
A bit worried now as well that my husband could be furloughed (he works in car dealership) but seems like his company is arguing with Government about that.0
