giftor signed letter requested on 17th.Full application went in on 1st October.
Hard search same day

Offer accepted - 5th Oct
DIP NatWest through broker - 13th Oct (although no hard check on credit file!)
Soft search on credit file - 15th Oct (realised broker had got my partners DOB wrong when we checked our Experian credit report)
Money taken out for valuation - 16th Oct0 -
Offer accepted - 23rd September.
Bit of back and forth discussion with broker, then full application submitted 1st October to Virgin Money. 65% LTV.
Desktop valuation done last week (don't know exactly when).
Offer arrived in the post 20th October.0 -
Virgin Money. All docs sent by Broker on 9th Oct.
hard check done on credit file twice (I think they misspelled my partner’s name first time)
Valuation yesterday (20th).Turnaround on valuation is 4 days so hoping for the ok on Monday or Friday.Trying not to stress. This is the second time we’ve tried to buy this place so I am pretty sure the conveyancing will be ok. Just the mortgage offer to get approved. Hoping the seller doesn’t get cold feet waiting (unlikely... we have moved as fast as possible on all this!)Mortgage - £274,000 to pay

Is anyone able to shed light on the timeframe between valuation and offer? The MA emailed to say the valuation passed last Thursday (15th) but still not had any updates, is this normal?Thanks0

Can see hard checks on my Clearscore record on the 16th.
I'm hoping this will be pretty straight forward although we are after 90% LTV. Anyone know Coventry times at the moment?Have you heard anything back from them yet?0
