Our valuation was on the 9th of July. Didn't hear back. Finally last week we rang the hotline and eventually got through to someone who told us that the valuation was satisfactory. We didn't get a proactive update from our MA so might be worth checking.UMACK99 said:HSBC - full application submitted 25th June

No update yet on outcome of valuation and MB has said today that it will be another 2-3 working days. We were also told this earlier in the week.
Not sure if this turnaround in valuation is normal?
Our application and docs are still in the queue to be reviewed, it's been 3 weeks since we applied. We were told this week but clearly not so hoping next week, since it'd have been over 10 days since we submitted final docs. 😕0 -

According to MA, Halifax have accepted all paperwork and are happy but can’t make formal offer as they’re still waiting for a date for valuation... Anyone else heard of this before?How long is the wait for valuations at the moment? It seems as though they’re seriously delayed! Purchasing in North London.0

We have an account on ClearScore (Equifax) who notified us about a hard search being added to the credit history on 17th July approximately 10 days after we submitted the full application. Have you applied w ith Nationwide as well?Loglog said:

Yes, we have and it’s now been over 10 days and was told today that the valuation has been approved. Don’t know how long we have still to wait for as nothing has shown up on either on Equifax or Experian. The waiting is very dreadful.hounsehunterftb said:
