Hi folk's
I'm still watching this thread, although not being very active as i can't offer anything extra than whats being given. anyway, I posted my first proble re claim 1 a couple of weeks ago (page31), to cut a long boring story short, on the day I typed up my LBA, my wife poned me at work to say a cheque had arrived for the first claim. This was 103 days after they received my paperwork. A couple of days later, bill 7 arrived through the post, so I duly took it to work, photocopied it along with bills 5 & 6, and another copy of the T & C's, these I stapled together in a stagered format and then signed and dated across all sheets, I then types a letter stating what was enclosed in the envelope and which claim it was for, took to the PO and sent recorded insured delivery.
After being re-directed, my claim was signed for on the 14th September, well within the 21 days of the claim. since then I have heard nothing, so on thursday, although it is not 28 days yet, I decided to start e-mailing them on the addresses given on this thread, stating that they had received my claim, the date they signed, there own T & C's state they will process within 28 days and if on day 29 I have not received any notification or cheque, i will imediately proceed with court action.
This e-mail is being sent to them twice a day, the only alteration in the countdown of days left, and the count up of mails sent with no reply.
I will keep you all informed on the response i receive from them, if any, i'm now on day 22 since they received my claim and my third day of mails.

Hi Darryl1108,
I believe that you need to send a letter before action on day 29, not immediately submit a court claim :A
Also, there is no such service as recorded insured delivery.Well life is harsh, hug me don't reject me.0 -

thesaint, thanks for the advice but
1 - Why send a LBA on day 29 - I started on day 20 reminding them that they had received my claim and that they are in breach of their contract if they do not settle within their own T&C's - this is being emailed every day to them up until day 28 - therfore wh ythe need for a LBA - just gives the T****** more time to delay.
2 - why be pick about what i called the delivery - a lot of people looking for advice could ask for exactly the same at the PO and be given what they need. If you want the proper title - "Royal Mail Special Delivery", stop being an !!!! and believing in your own self importance, there are a lot of people who come on here looking for advice and do not want to trawl through 48-50 pages of crap which is of no relevance.0 -
I'll leave this one for you saint...LOL0

You can READ the post on the FIRST page of this thread. You could TERMINATE your contract, but that would F*** you as TMO could use that as you not using the phone and your provider would F*** you for not paying them.
