I'm sure you will be right and I must be wrong.
Though Brenda is quite right to ask for interest due on the overdue amount. Of course no interest has accrued on any instalments not yet due to be claimed.
Claimants can ask for interest on overdue money as a matter of right - it has nothing to do with being predatory.
The interest is not too complicated to calculate - the MCOL site shows you how to do it. If you use a calculator then its easy.0 -
LMAO off at the delay email some of you got. I'm awaiting a court date followng late payment, ad then eventual payment of 1 cashback. Their defence was that they would from now on not pay 1 claim late0

What happens once a claim has been made for all outstanding cashback amounts via mcol if TMO pay you the installament which triggered your claim in the meantime? e.g. I am waiting for CB#3. If I filed a claim for CB#3/4/5 and TMO paid me the outstanding installment #3, where would that leave me?
I put in a claim after my 1st cashback was more than 30 days late, in fact I think it was nearer 50 days late. I claimed on MCOL for the whole 5 cashbacks. A few days after papers were filed with MO, I received a cheque for my first cashback.
I was told to write to the court informing them that partial payment had been made. I did that when I sent in my Allocation form0 -
Hi Brenda / GunJack,
I didn't receive payment within the 7 working days that they promised after my previous reminder, so I sent TMO another prod indicating that my next communication would be a LBA, and received a reply indicating that I would be paid within 14 days (YEAH RIGHT!!!). I replied, indicating that this was not satisfactory and got another reply indicating that I would be paid in the next 14 days, and thats all they could tell me. TMO received my LBA yesterday. I sent it Special Delivery and it was delivered to their redirection address. I also sent an electronic copy via email to them. I gave them till Wednesday next week to pay me....more next week...unless they pay me before that.....LOL
AS for the deleted posts, no comms at all....it's all rock & roll to me...0 -
Was days late in sending my 3rd cashback claim to the mobile outlet, They sent letter back saying I had not met their conditions and no claim would be paid for 3rd installment or 4th and 5th instalments also. Had a hectic lead up to the date around when bills should have been sent and missed deadline by a few days due to more important medical issues being on my mind. Is there any way they would pay out anything else to me even if I lost out on one installment rather than remainder of claim. It quite a lot of cash I wont see otherwise.? Please help, Thanks0

IMO others who have fulfilled the conditions with some companies can't get their money so you who has not fulfilled their conditions has got no chance.
If they had to pay out on all claims they would go out of business and the model is for about 45% successful with the rest as fail and its the fail rate that makes them the profit!
Best you can do is send a letter tell the truth or make a story up to pull on their heart strings but i think your wasting your time.
:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes: Go on prove me wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:0 -

sorry to be the bringer of bad news, but I think its unlikely that you will get any joy out of TMO. You have indicated that you were days late in submitting your claim....others who did submit claims on time are having trouble getting their payments...like me0 -
bigotto,
Others have asked this question before, have a read of the thread from the beginning and see what advice they were given. there's a small chance of success.:AWell life is harsh, hug me don't reject me.0 -

Has anyone followed TMO T&C 100% which includes email confirming anything there not sure about to sending the document by special delivery, on time etc. Have you been successful?
lots of people including myself have followed TMO T&C 100%, and had varying degrees of success. Have you read the entire thread?....sounds like you have not..since I cant recall you posting on this thread before, can I enquire as to the purpose of your question?0
