2 simple questions hopefully:
I'm on the June 2006 T&C and it doesn't seem to be clear about when I send bills 1-4 whether I need to claim for 1/5th of the total amount needed, or the amount corresponding to the first 4 bills (which would be more). Anyone any experience with this?
Does anyone have the correct cashback address that I need to use?
btw - reading everyone's posts in the past has been extremely helpful - thanks! what would I do without boards like this?

Good question, the short answer is "NO". :mad:Also i'm not to well up on how the forum can be set up, but could some 'sticky's' be made at the start of the thread with facts that could be important to all. i.e. Setting up the court order, T&C's etc.
I know it can be done on the main mobile telephone page but could it be done within a sub thread?

If you read the first page of this thread, it has a post by the "Cashback collector" it contains nearly all the information that you require.What Saint is trying to tell you, Taz, is that you're actually one of the lucky ones because you'll now be able to obtain your whole cashback eight months early and probably without the hassle of having to submit any more claims. :money:

It's not something that i've studied in too much detail.

Let me get this straight: you signed up for a deal in which you have to pay a network hundreds of pounds in line rental but will get it back by reclaiming it from a company for which you don’t have an address?
The more I read these posts the more confident I become that TMO will soon be rolling in money with which to pay my own remaining cashbacks (plus costs, unless they pull their fingers out).
I thought these forums were here to help people, not to ridicule them. To be fair to BuzbyC, the T&C's to which he signed up did not have an address for sending claims to, whereas the latest T&C's do have an address. I would be inclined to send them to the address listed in the new T&C's.0 -

I never specify how much I am claiming, I merely say that I am claiming cashback stage <number>. What you actually receive is 1/5th of the total line rental. You haven't specified contract length, so I'm assuming 12 month. If its 18 months, then its a 2 stage process.
NB Don't forget to send your original dispatch note that came with the phone.

I looked into all this before taking out my own contract with TMO, last year and I've recently been doing so again. Voda is paricularly sticky about porting numbers and nobody on here has ever reported success in doing it successfully through TMO.
Actually I ported to Vodafone earlier in the year with no issues at all but have yet to make my first cashback claim so we shall see what happens....0 -
Cofirmation emails today that 4th CB was received and will be paid within I think they said 45 days of receipt of paperwork..after that one more to send in in a day or so ;-)0

i'm very surprised and disappointed at the attitude of "Brenda". I have been lurking on these boards for ages and have found them helpful. I can't believe that with my first post I got sarcastically shot down for not being as up on all the intricacies as perhaps I should be.
For your information I have just completed 2 successful 12 month contacts with CNM and phonebox, receiving all cashback amounts.
I was only asking a friendly question - Don't expect me to post again

As Brenda should obviously know, the T&C that she so kindly posted were the most recent ones, and with TMO changing these on a regular basis this may or may not be the appropriate address.
