Letter before action is going out today
They received my 1st claim 12/13th June and I'm getting fed up of being told to wait 10 working days

Thanks re: the T&Cs. Going to check now to see if they have changed my order or not, if not I'll be hitting the phones to complain.

I'm also on 3 with the same conditions as yourself. My 12th bill was sent within time but now they have asked for the remaining itemisation pages to also be sent. Seems like delaying tactics to me.

I sent the itemisation page over 6 weeks....

    Success !!! :j

Received a BACS payment of £210 (the 2nd and final cashback) on 30/7/2007.

Thanks and good riddance to TMO, it is just not worth the stress :wall:

The Mobile Outlet has removed the vast majority of it's better deals now.:(:

From what I can see they only offer 12 months cashback on T-Mobile with a mid-low range handset.:undecided:

Anyone thinking about taking out a cashback deal should look at one of the larger retailers now whom have similar deals.

Received my package today which was exciting for the first half an hour until I got all set and registered with T-Mobile. Thought I have might have messed up the porting leaving it too late but CS said it should go through OK on the 13th. They were really helpful as has been everyone I've spoken to at T-Mobile thus far.

Have kept my despatch note and the T-Mobile stuff together for my first claim for Mobile Outlet.

Better late then never, if the port goes through without costing me another month I'll be dead pleased.

Has anyone else noticed that with the new terms and conditions, you do not lose the rest of your ability to claim subsequent cashbacks if you miss one?

    :j

Are they complying with the new voluntary agreement about cashbacks, or will we see a revised set of terms and conditions in September.

This clause seems to say otherwise:

11.4.2 claim each instalment of the Line Rental Entitlement (Cashback) Claim within 30 days of the relevant Instalment Date. If your claim is received outside this 30 day period, your cash back entitlement will be void

That term says that you will lose that particular cashback that you are claiming, not subsequent ones.

This is what they said previously:
If you do not comply with the exact terms of each of these stages you will loose your entitlement to your cash back. If any one stage is not complied with, you will loose your entitlement to claim the whole of the cash back.

So it is clear to consumers that they will not lose the rest of their cashback entitlement if they miss one. ;)
