Do you all put in "MOBILE MATTERS (UK) LTD Trading as The Mobile Outlet" in the defendant's name? I used The Mobile Outlet. Does it mean even I won the judgement, they may not pay out? Should I re-file the claim? No reliance should be placed on the above.0

You are entitled to use the address on their website for filling in the claim form. It's their legal responsibility to keep this up-to-date (e-commerce directive).
When it comes to obtaining a warrant of execution, use the Bantams Business Park address quoted above. Bradford Bailiffs have confirmed that TMO are operating from there.
Thanks for that fagun.
BTW
Has anybody, who filed a claim, also add amounts for damages and, if they were to cancel the mobile contract before its due date, any effect this would have on their credit rating?
I was going to claim for damages, but I do not know what effect this would have on the judgement. Any suggestions - I have never taken out a CCJ.
This way if damages are being awarded then TMO would think twice about renegging on the contract.

for one of my sister's claims, the judgement has been accepted today and she is willing to issue a warrant next week if TMO don't pay.
So what I need to know is: She no longer needs to send off bills now for further claims to the TMO right?0 -
Was the judgement for the whole amount due under the contract (ie not just for late payment of claims?)0

I said immediately
So just give them a few days after you receive the judgement through the post (they should get it at the same time).
You have to apply to the court for a warrant of execution, so to be fair you need to give them a chance to obey the judgement before getting a warrant.
If you just applied on line for judgement, then they won't know about it yet.0 -
