    I abit confused now.

What is the correct name of the mobile outlet to put on the MCOL??

Has anyone got their money from them or are they just ignoring all the claims?

MCOL site is down again - probably due to the number of tmo claims!

If that's the case we are all totally up **** creek without a paddle in terms of ever making a claim via MCOL stick.

Has anyone called their sales team to ask them, I guess at least those monkeys are in Bradford and not some Asian call-centre.
I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove a thing! ;)
    Quidco and Topcashback, £4,569
    Shopandscan, £2,840
    Tesco Double The Difference, £2,700
    Thomson EU261/04 Claim, £1,700
    British Airways EU261/04 Claim, EUR1200
  • Wouldn't there be something on theie Companies House website if they had applied for insolvency?
I've got my MCOL ready to send but am seriously thinking about driving the 30 miles to Bradford tomorrow to knock on their door (yes, at Valley Parade, not Riverdale House!). Would appreciate any tips from the people who have done this.

Insolvency is dealt with by the Insolvency Service, Companies House may be a day or so behind? I'm only guessing though.

  • Hang in there. Stick to your guns. I've seen several quotes on various web sites claiming that TMO have applied for insolvency. I reckon some of their customer advising 'monkeys' have posted the comments to deter people from making claims.

THEY ARE MONKEYS. KILL THE TMO MONKEYS.

    WHOA,
there have been several previous (false) posts that TMO have gone belly-up.
    Lets not panic!
ddd, where have you seen these posts?
Anyone else have any factual evidence to support this?

Sounds like scare mongering to me....
  • As mentioned before, I think this is due to confusion with a different company with the same name- I did it myself!

I see MCOL is down again this morning:mad:
