What's the board about?

As the name implies it's about Extreme Couponing - welcome! We're trialling this for a month to see how it takes off.

Here we want you to let us know your extreme couponing stories. Have you stockpiled? If you have, show us your pics! Where's the best place for couponing? Have you had problems using them?

Where to start and how to use it

Find the coupons in our fully checked out Supermarket Coupons deals note and on the Discount Codes 'n' Vouchers forum board. Remember coupons there aren't checked out by MSE though.

Please don't post coupons on here

If you spot a coupon post it on the Discount Codes 'n' Vouchers board. To discuss it just link to it in your post.

Warning! Don't print multiple coupons!

You can usually only use one coupon per person, so those found printing out and using multiple coupons in different names or email addresses could be arrested and charged with fraud. Always check the terms and conditions yourself.

This will never work! It will totally kill everything off and no matter what you say or do, it will only encourage misuse and abuse.

This is very obviously the board that you will need to keep a close eye on, in case us MSEers are managing to save any large amounts of money...

What a daft idea, talk about putting information on a plate for the supermarkets to follow.......

sorry but won't work , daft idea for a thread. info already exists anyway and no sensible/serious long term moneysaver will post anything here.

Agree with other posters this thread is a bad idea. The info is already on the forum. All this will do is encourage people to go stupid and post up greedy and ridiculous hauls the likes of which you see on other sites (10ways,hduk etc)
That will only end badly and when coupons are stopped all together then what does the average person do who relies on coupons to buy their food.
Couponing is hard enough as it is don't make it harder please MSE!

We completely understand your concerns, but the aim's to help as many people save money as possible by letting them know all the tips and tricks.

We've had this kind of loophole often in our weekly email to 8 million people and we're not about keeping MoneySaving tips secret.
