Tonight i hate food with 50% off, as a 20% coupon and a 30% coupon were allowed to be stacked.

I was thensurprised to notice a family member boasting on the firms website about the cheap food.

Well done was the reply - but i would guess they will now change
    the system that allowed it.

The worst ones are when people ring up companies to ask if glitches will be honoured

Enjoy your bargains - but bragging will just see them taken away. :(

Who can forget the Pedigree Chumps of the West Midlands - who told eveyone about Tesco coupon policy and a dozy manager that allowed its abuse. That was the end of the policy.

Sorry this has to be banned this will only incourage people to miss use coupons and people who use them genuinly will end up not being able to use them

    Hi there

We completely understand your concerns, but the aim's to help as many people save money as possible by letting them know all the tips and tricks.

We've had this kind of loophole often in our weekly email to 8 million people and we're not about keeping MoneySaving tips secret.

Yes and we all remember when Martin mentioned couponing before, it ruined couponing for all.

There are loads of threads on here for coupons and couponing, saving money why is there a need to blatantly point it out.

We all know the major stores take an interest in threads like this, and that's why good glitches disappear, not very MSE at all.

Just look at all the long standing members who have replied some as far back as 2005, what a shame you want to upset all of them.

All this will do is force members not to report on this forum anymore, there will be more folks setting up facebook groups and the Stores will stop couponing.

It's still a daft idea even if you were born yesterday.
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me three times and I'll smash your face in. :D

I'm with the majority here. Such a bad idea when all the information you need is already on other parts of mse.
Of stores i have used asda and sainsbury will no longer accept Internet coupons, my local tesco that has always been great and where i have built up such a good reputation over the years has clamped down really tight due to mass coupon abuse and I can't really blame them when sites like 10 ways and now here are promoting extreme couponing..
I don't suppose any thought has gone into how many more people who will be just out to make a quick few quid by not reading up on what is right and what is wrong when trying to get their hauls to show off on here. Are their coupons going to be legit or are they going to be dodgy as many coupons are out there. A good example of that was on 10 ways fb page with a coupon for a free weight watchers meal that was a fake yet it was allowed to remain on their page until the actual promoters threatened them. How many coupons would have been used in that time and how much money the supermarkets would have lost doesn't even bear thinking about.
Why this thread is still here when so many people are against it is unbelievable unless there is some hidden agenda like back to black Friday when an excellent coupon policy was killed
