    Morning all.

One day, I swear, I'm going to make it to the first page. Might have to get up early tomorrow morning...

Gloriously sunny day today, which is because I'm sat in the office. As soon as its my day off (tomorrow, Yipee!) I just know it will go cloudy.

OH is doing the housework today, allegedly, so I should be able to notice a difference when I get home. We had a big heart to heart at the weekend about the fact that even though I have a house husband I still end up doing all the cleaning. Nearly asked him to pack a bag and go, but thankfully we managed to avoid disaster. Haven't been married a year yet so am determined to make it work. He just needs to pull his finger out.

    Rant over.

Breakfast was a snack pack of soreen (must look for a recipe to make it myself)
Lunch will be a hot meal from work as its healthy eating day so the meals are WW pointed out ready for me.
Tea will probably be potato curry and rice.

hugs to all who need and want them.

Morning all..did not wake up until after 9.00 this morning, so a bit slow on the uptake..........

Lamb bones in the pressure cooker with soup mix onion, carrot and tomato puree....guess whats for lunch.

I have to put the breadmaker on later and also need to do the elderflower cordial, have the bucket sterilizing.

OH has read all his books, so we have a trip to the library planned, first time he has been any distance.

Its really queer, he has spondylosis and always used to take medication for it, sonce he has had the problem with his chest he is not getting pain in his neck?????!!!!! so right now he is not taking any mediucation and says he feel 'fine' this morning.

Ironing this afternoon, have a basket full and will need to nip to the laundry tomorrow and put a white wash in............

I have to have a hunt for a book which has a pattern in I am looking for, planning on getting some chrissy presents done now I have the sewing 'space' set up.........will stop me watching rubbishy TV programmes.

Time to turn off the PC and get to the library...................

    Morning everyone

Great Day here too, unfortunately I am stuck inside the office. but only for another 18 days after today, sort of excited and scared at the same time.

((((((hugs)))) to those not good health wise, or just wanting one.

Have a good meet Amie and JamieDodger. Might even have time for a South Yorkshire once I've finished (when I'm in the UK that is).

HAVE YOU FORGOTTEN FROGS EAT SLUGS! YOU NEED TO KEEP THEM IN YOUR GARDEN (or maybe the reason you have frogs is the slugs!!)) LOL

    Take care

    Morning all,

I slept in this morning and still feel a bit muggy headed. I got the little one to school by the skin of my teeth thanks to a phone call from Mr Pink reminding me to get up.:o

I've had a paddle around the garden and all the plants are looking well. Four days of constant rain has done it some good. The sun is struggling to come out now so maybe I'll spend some time out there later on. It's strange how our weather is always so different from yours, considering we aren't that far away as the crow flies.

There's a man coming this afternoon to give me an estimate on cutting down our neighbours conifers.......they're about 20 feet high and really cutting out the light to our garden. The neighbour doesn't want to know, so it looks like I'll have to pay for them to be cut back a bit. I think June might turn out to be an expensive month! Mr Pink offered to have a go, but perish the thought of him up a ladder with a chainsaw! I think it's best left to someone who has a clue what they're doing! :D

Tea tonight will be a chicken and mushroom pie (or pies) as the children are growing I'm finding it harder and harder to fit enough for all of us into one dish. :o

    Have a good day everyone.

She is one of 4 people who live together in a bungalow and need 24 hour care.I am a fulltime support worker and work for a charity called Vision Homes Association. It is very sad, her Mum adopted her as a single parent and brought her up when every one else was saying have her put in a home.Nobody had really heard of Tourettes 40 years ago so her dear Mum had to fight hard for her.It was only due to her increasing age and frailty that she decided her daughter come to us 15 years ago as she was finding it difficult to cope anymore. So far her daughter is coping well.

As for the frogs I just try and pretend they aren't there but I dont go in any long grass and try and avoid them by a mile!
