  • I think I will most likely train it purely on the basis of the traffic in the evenings.

However SA you make a good point there..........I did think I might try driving some days and training on others.

    Made some decisions.

Next priority needs to be moving out.

Due to Mum's travelling arrangements I can't do this till April next year but that is ok. I am slowly working through all the stuff I feel I can't leave her stuck with. I will leave the house in a fit state = as much as she will let me. She thinks I am a bully and is being fairly difficult but I am powering through it all frankly, life is too short.

Don't get me wrong, I feel bad but essentially nothing I do will be right/good enough etc it never has, however it has to be right for *me*I need to know I have done all I could.

I have decided to extend the tefl course and in Jan start looking for teaching abroad jobs not anything different but it would be a good way to look to move out. And you know, I would LOVE to travel.

Lots of thoughts. many coming back to the debt which has to be priority no. 2

need to go clean animals out!

    such a glamorous life

Teaching abroad sounds AMAZING, go for it!!!
    MBNA = £4,000 / Next = £925 (approx. tbc on 19/8)
    Tesco = £2,910.11 / Smile overdraft = £500
    Bank of Scotland = £2,782.83
  • It does sound amazing really.

So many possibilities.........so scary. and exciting. however I am stuck here with the most untidy room and silly idea to house the guinea pigs - indoor hutch NOT a good idea. I am really not happy living them And I have to go into work. Got a man coming to do the garden and then out for drinks.

Tomorrow I have a date.........he is really too good looking but hey ho.

  • Was doing a review of my challenge. Of which I have 69 days left. or 9 weeks and 6 days. We won't go to where my brain went cos this is a family diary.

    Ahem.

MY current debt stands at 4983.50.

I have enough money to survive the month I think. I am owed some money which I will chase plus there is cash on my other cc. So there is some flexibility not much!!

Not sure I am going to pay off the CC am not completely sure how much money I will have in the new job.

Really need to stop making piles of stuff to sell and actually SELL stuff. That would help with the paying off..........

In other news, I am setting myself a different challenge, to end on the 9 Nov. that date has significance for me.

This is about my health and fitness. I have 12 weeks (from Saturday) to lose a stone and increase my stamina//fitness and health. I really want to see if in my new job I can avoid migraines and stress stuff.

I want to do my exercise video and work out what to eat. Need to feel better about myself. I cancelled a date and have been deliberately late to one - missed the (poor) guy cos I am feeling !!!! about how I look. So you know. Needs must.

so now I have sat here and wasted the morning! am starving and need to crack on with something.

Keep plodding away Buffy and you will get there - even if you don't hit all your targets in the timescale you'll be much further on than if you hadn't set them at all.

I've managed to get some stuff on eBay the last couple of days and so am just hopeful I get some hard decent bids
    CC debt Aug 2018 £50.2K
    CC debt Nov 2018 £48.6K
  • I want to punch Anne Diamond, I won't, I am no where near her and wouldn't punch anyone but ughhhh! She is getting RIGHT on my nerves on the Wright Stuff. Makes a change from wanting to punch Matthew Wright.Still watch it tho, day time tv drugs you I swear! Mark Little makes me laugh tho.

also BBC news is getting on my nerves and I have a tummy ache.

However the gardener is here with his mate hacking chopping and digging! he is fab!

I am supposed to be looking for the counterpart of my driving licence. Have been looking and looking............no clue where it would be.

The arrival of the gardener is going to leave me a bit skint! but hopefully it will be the catalyst for some other changes round here!

Good luck with the 12 week fitness challenge. 12 weeks is enough time to make a real improvement. A few years ago I set myself a 12 week challenge to lose weight or I would have to resort to joining Weight Watchers. Guess what I ended up at WW! It worked though and I've kept it off for 11 years now.

I need to get a gardener to sort our garden out - it's getting rather out of hand since Mr SA went into hospital. How much is yours charging if you don't mind me asking?

Laughed at the thought of you shouting at the TV!
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)

Have spent the morning feeling very sorry for myself with toothache and miseries. Plus Egypt.

However the dogs have cheered me up and a skirt I won on e-bay (Monsoon £7.10 including postage v nice, perfect for work!) showed up, it is raining which is annoying however the garden looks fantastic and well worth the money!

    Sun Addict

    two blokes weeding 11 - 3 cleared the garden = 150

Yesterday two blokes weeding hacking and a digging a fish pond = 350 - 9 - 4? Brilliant workers. Garden is transformed

Now I just need to maintain it...........

My friend has suggested running as an exercise and I concur - I did like my walk/running thing and it would be great for the dogs.

Routine is the key for me. Focus on the positives.

I checked all my bank accounts this morning and am pleased with the results, am still owed 120 from my friend and the cc company so if I can survive without spending it that can go on the CC. I do have spends on the CC from the weekend away but can pay that out of the new wages.

need to list the stuff on preloved. Am getting my hair cut at 2.30 and having dinner with a really good friend who I have MISSED so looking forward to that. Not sure if I will have time for Preloved.

Oh there is a Danny Kaye film on I love him!

  • Hey Ems :)

Am watching Glee, So sad. oh dear.

Got the weirdest text from a guy I went on a date with - it was an awful date and bizarre text message. Still has changed my view of the evening! lucky escape me thinks or maybe I am rude! I don't know! Like genuinely I am not good with blokes, but anyway clearly not the one for me!

    eeek haircut time!
