Good morning red, kerri and Jeferey
cold here too today. Everywhere was white when I looked at the window but not with snow with frost. Its thawing now as the sun came out for a while.
Just had aphone call from the physio, he is coming on Tuesday morning to see me.
Sorry your still having pain Jeferey, hope the physio tonight helps.
Our little group of drivellers is more like a doctors waiting room atm with all our aches and pains. Lets hope we all get better soon. lol.

Good morning all.
Same weather here as with you CW but the sunshine at least makes my mood better.
The concert we went to on Sunday was excellent. Two female singers who sing Ella Fitzgerald and Peggy Lee numbers and their pianist played with Ronnie Scott. A great way to spend a couple of hours on a cold Sunday afternoon.
Last night we had free tickets for The Finest Hour. A bit slow to start but what a story. Just wonder how they managed to shoot some of the storm scenes - can't believe they are computer generated. No wonder all the lifeboat crew received medals.
Off to take our granddaughter's dog for a short walk now before she goes back home. It's lovely to have her stay because she is a real sweetie but don't like having to do the walks when the weather is so cold.
Take care all & don't let the aches get you down.0 -
Sounds great Red! Good morning to you, CW and Kerri
It's actually this Friday we're going to Norfolk. Looks like it won't be too cold by then thank goodness!
Physio seemed to help a bit but I've got to wait 2 weeks to next session as I can't fit it in!
Take care allIf at first you don't succeed, try, try, try - oh bu99er that just cheat0 -
Good morning red, kerri and Jeferey
Went for the mri scan yesterday. Don't like having to lie flat for so long as I have asthma so had to hope it didn;t trigger an attack. But its done now and got to wait 2 weeks for the results.
Its really frosty and everything is white including the sky as we have heavy freezing fog atm.
Hope you enjoy your trip to Norfolk this weekend Jeferey, sorry I got the date muddled.

No problem CW - glad you got the scan done. I've had an MRI and it's wasn't a pleasant experience with that hammering sound with Elton John singing The Passenger in between - don't know which one was worse :rotfl:
Good morning to you, Kerri and Red
Frosty here too but my car was a toasty 6.5°C when I got it out the garageIf at first you don't succeed, try, try, try - oh bu99er that just cheat0 -
Good morning red, kerri and Jeferey
All I got offered was headphones during the mri scan, no music. It was so boring just lying there. I ended up watching the numbers on the machine. Not very comfy either.
Got physio on Tuesday so hopefully that will help.
Its not frosty today, for a change, but its dull and grey so wouldn;t be suprised if it rains in a while. Its quite windy too.
Would love a garage that was big enough to take the car and all the junk we have in it atm. Its currently full of bikes, gardening tools etc, and loads of my stash of laundry stuff and Domestos. etc. lol.
Have a great weekend guys

Hi all
Glad your MRI scan went OK CW. Just hope it helps solve your problem.
I agree with you and Jeferey MRI scans are not the most pleasant of experiences but they really do help with diagnosis.
Like you CW our garage hasn't seen a car for many a year. We thought of moving a few years back but when we thought about clearing the garage, the shed and the loft we decided to stay put! At the moment taking the attitude that the family can do it when we both move on !!
They keep forecasting better weather but even when the sun is shining it still feels cold because of the wind here.0 -
Good morning red, kerri and Jeferey
Weather looks a little better so far today. Looks like the wind we had yesterday has blown away thank goodness. The sky is blue but its cold.
My ds is going to the drs in a bit to have his toe checked, not sure if its infected or not so want it checked over.
Hope everyone is well.

Evening All!
CW glad your scan went ok - I think I'd have taken a no music option than having to listen to Elton John like poor jeferey - don't the CIA use that as a form of torture? :rotfl:
Been quite bright here recently, not too frosty either. Been busy busy busy as usual, workshop on Sat and an 8-9 mile run yesterday - very blustery at times but good training I guess.
How's the veg going jeferey I'm thinking I need to do more than think about my veg for this year.
hoping the weather is decent here tomorrow as I'd like to wash the sheets and put them out.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Hi everyone
Lovely here today - bright and sunny and not too cold. I'm trying to work up the enthusiasm to get out in the garden and do some clearing up. My DH pruned all the fruit trees earlier in the week & I really need to tackle all the ivy which has grown through our back hedge. It looks as though the hedge is dying which will be a shame & an expense if we have to have a fence erected instead.
Hope you have your sheets on the line Kerri - mine our blowing beautifully!0
