Blue sky here in Sheffield. Hope your DS op goes OK CW.
I've been struggling a bit with a pain in my lower left side, doc said it was muscular so I've had one session of physio, another one to come this Saturday. I've borrowed a plug in heat pad which helps a lot, hopefully be sorted soon. Using it actually helps so digging, cycling, etc. is fine..

Sorry you have some pain in your side Jeferey. Just hope its not coming from your kidneys as it could be a kidney stone. Hope the physio helps anyway but still be careful not to do too much digging etc.

Well its raining today, heavily, so bet it will wash our snow mountain away. My ds had cleared the drive and threw all the snow on the front lawn and it looked like a mini mountain, around 3 foot high. lol.

Going shopping later as well, not looking forward to getting wet though.

Evening all! No snow here and has deff warmed up since the start of the week.

Been a very busy week here with loads of things going on atm - almost too many for my liking. However just wanted to nip in and say hello - jeferey be careful of that side.

Glad your DS has a date for his foot op CW and glad its only a day job.

My mini snow mountain had almost melted away after yesterdays rain, not checked if any of it is left today. We had frost overnight but suddenly the sun is shining through the clouds and it looks like it will be a good day today. still cold but no sign of rain anyway.

Take care at the allotment Jeferey, hope the pain clears up. Sorry can;t help re the pain your DW is referring to. lol.:rotfl:

Afternoon all, grey and cloudy her today with everything a bit damp. Snowdrops are out though in one of our boarders (they're a little leggy as they come up through Ivy but pretty)

Got a restful day planned today, few bits n pieces to do, it's OH b'day tomorrow so I need to wrap his gifts...if I can face more wrapping so soon after Xmas!

Good morning CW and Kerri . Hope you both had a great weekend.
I went to allotment Friday afternoon for a therapeutic digging session - I was cured for about 2 hours after!
We went for a lovely walk with the dog around a lake Saturday and Sunday morning took FD to allotment on her new bike for another hour's digging.
I've got a second physio session tomorrow evening, I think my side is a bit better, we'll see....

Glad the digging and walking hasn;t made the pain in your side any worse, hope the physio helps too.

No snowdrops or crocus out yet here. I actually bought some snowdrops and crocus from b&q last year. Not sure if they flower the first year though so will wait and see.

Cold and damp atm here and we are due worse weather later in the week with the storm that is coming our way.

Evening All! Blowing a gale here today but not too cold and have a wash outside atm (will bring it in after dinner so it doesn't smell of cooking)

Glad the digging hasn't affected your side jeferey - I should start thinking about planting some veg now too.

CW the bulbs I bought flowered the first year I stuck them in I seem to recall - some have since been dug up and redistributed so I get a surprise when then pop up in the garden.

Looks like we shouldn't be hit too badly with the storm weather - feel for those flooded over xmas who are now on flood alert again.

We're going to get some heavy rain apparently but I think we'll miss the worst of it too Kerri. Get some veg planted :rotfl: (Note to self: check seeds to see when they should be started!).
My seed potatoes came yesterday - 120 of the bu99ers :rotfl: - got them in egg trays and boxes chitting now.
