Turns out I've got Positional Vertigo so nothing to worry about, it will go of it's own accord!

Looking forward to the weekend, FD staying at my parents so be first time in a while just me and DW. Going out for a meal with friends this evening.

We had more rain this morning but its dry atm and blue sky again. Strange weather having so much rain, my garden is so waterlogged its like a bog out there.

Had a lovely weekend without the kids

Went for a longest ever bike ride (for me) 56 miles Sunday morning. I was back for 12:00 so after lunch we went shopping and then had a lazy afternoon - excellent!

Frosty start to the day here, makes a change from almost non stop rain. lol.

Glad you had a nice peaceful weekend break Jeferey, makes a nice change before things go back to normal and the FD comes home.

I have some kind of bug, sore throat, few cold symptoms and a flippin cold sore on my lip. I hate cold sores, they look so awful, so hope it goes quickly.

Evening all. Where is the time going - 11th Jan already.

Same old weather here, sunny and clear on minute, chucking it down the next - we're lucky not to have been affected by any flooding though some warnings have now been issued in villages nearby.

Awfully sad news about David Bowie today, I took my DM to see his exhibition at the V&A a couple of years ago, so glad we went. An absolutely amazing artist - there's not many out there who your parents think are cool who you do too

Well done on the bike ride Jeferey, I'm fully back into yoga and pole now, just the running to get back on track. Glad it's nothing too serious with the vertigo too.

CW sorry to hear you're not well again, you really don't seem to be getting over those bugs properly do you

Well it rained all night, battering the bedroom window and keeping me awake. Atm the sun is shining, blue skies and it looks like a nice day but very cold.

Unfortunately I have a lot of health problems kerri, so am always getting something or other. I have a low resistance to infection too so pick up every cold bug going no matter how I try to avoid people with colds/flu etc.

Evening all. Another mix of sunshine and showers today (I sound like a proper weather girl lol!) Window cleaners came today in before it hammered down so at least I can see how grubby the windows inside are.

Sorry to hear you have a low resistance to bugs CW it must be frustrating for you at the very least.

Debating whether or not to check out the Boots sale tomorrow if it starts, I'll prob be about at that time but not sure there's anything I really 'need'.

How's the allotment going Jeferey ? No idea yet if I'm going to grow anything this year or not.
