    Hurray Kerri :T

I sowed some more leeks as the tray I did before have sprouted and I'm pretty sure they aren't leeks! I think FD must have mixed them up when she was helping me :rotfl:

    Morning everyone :D

Good morning Jeferey and anyone else.

Your FD wanted to give you a suprise so you have to wait and see what the seedlings grow into.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:. at least she enjoyed planting them no matter what they are.

Hope your feeling better today kerri and can do your training.
I went back to the doctor yesteday as I finished my antibiotics and steroids over a week ago, she said drink more fluids and use your inhaler more and if it doesn;t go in 2 weeks come back.

Weather wasn;t too bad yesterday, little bit colder than I like, was 9 degrees when we when out in the car yesterday morning. Not sure what it is today as only just got up, but its a grey cloudy sky atm.

Still nearly 20 degrees here today :j feeling perkier too so seems I must've had a bit of a virus. Was out with OH last night for a curry, but wasn't late home as we were too full to have more than a couple in the pub after.

Spent all day in the garden with OH, pulling out rotted log roll, digging it back and replacing it, not a light task as the log roll is 40cm high. Some hard graft and two trips to the tip with the rotten wood. Looks much better though, one little section where there's a gap in between one of the logs I want to try and fix, but glad that's done.

Also, we deff have some beans sprouting :T and I planted some cherry toms too before it got too late, pack of seeds from lidl, well you don't get many. Ok they weren't expecnsive but I kid you not there was about 18 seeds in the pack, I only used 11 and hope they come up, but I'm sure Tom packets I've bought before had more than that. Then again I don't think Ive bought cherry toms before.

Weather is supposed to cool off a bit tomorrow...boo....but still dry...yay!

Jeferey, keep us posted on the mystery seeds, you know you're going to be intrigued all summer now :D

Cold all day yesterday and frost overnight. But sunny today so far, wish it was summer.

Wow kerri, you were busy in the garden, hope all your seeds grow.

I hope they aren't weeds Kerri but they do look healthy :rotfl:
Managed to put another 20 potatoes in last night before it got dark. Been a busy weekend as we've had FB (I'll have to call her FT, foster toddler from now on as she's just had her third birthday :)) to stay.
Potted on my tomatoes, they are nearly a foot tall now :D

  • I was eating scones and jam last night. But probably near bedtime wasn't a good idea.

Anyone know where I can buy scones with cherries? I always look out for them in supermarkets but they are like gold dust! :(
