    Good morning guys

Lovely and sunny today, as was yesterday. Still not done my gardening though.

Jeferey - your FB/FT is growing, can;t believe she is 3 now. Bet she keeps you very busy as its a lovely age but very tiring keeping up with a toddler.

kerri your baby beans are so little you do need to protect them from frost, so good your playing safe atm.
I have been listing on ebay too. Its flippin boring hard work as well.

Take care all and have a good day.

I was eating scones and jam last night. But probably near bedtime wasn't a good idea.

Anyone know where I can buy scones with cherries? I always look out for them in supermarkets but they are like gold dust! :(

Tesco sell cherry scones, I bought a packet on offer for £1 a pack last week. 4 in a pack, think they are normally around £1.50 a pack.

Beans are growing by the day, they are really too big now for the propegators. Had their first day out in the sun today with no 'hats'. Toms will be a couple of weeks I think before I see any action (hopefully)

Sunny and quite warm here today, supposed to change at the weekend which is a shame as its been lovely but I guess he garden could do with a sprinkle.

Hope your peas put in an appearance soon Jeferey.

    Good morning guys

My ds and dh tried to mow the lawn yesterday as it was so nice. Unfortunately the flippin lawn mower broke after 5 mins so I have a stripey looking mess for a lawn atm. The on/off switch on the handle over heated and burnt out making the fuse trip in the fuse box. It happened once before and we bought a new switch but my son couldn;t find it so he needs to look in the garage today.

Shall I say my son was not best pleased (understatement) lol. The garage is so full its hard to find anything in there.

Hope your veggies grow and give you a good crop kerri and Jeferey.

Thanks Kerri and CW. Went to allotment last night and put another 20 potatoes in, that's about 65 so far, only 40 more to go :p.

Sorry to hear about the mower CW how frustrating.

Jefereyexactly how many potatoes are you aiming to grow? Lol. My beans are shooting up by the day, too big for their propegator tops now for sure. Hopefully picking up some big garden pots next week to transfer them to their 'forever home' as I have limited soil surface to use in the garden. Going for pots this year as I had old recycling bins last year and OH thought they were an eyesore in the garden (he was kinda right lol!)

    Morning guys

another lovely day yesterday and today looks like it will be the same. The sun is shining and its fairly warm too. Great for drying the washing as well.

My ds has started to do another bedroom, this one only needs painting though so will get some of it done today.

Jeferey, your planting enough spuds to feed an army. lol.

kerri, I would use the recycling tubs you had last year and as they are a bit ugly which not put something like log roll around them to disguise the tubs.

:rotfl: I usually start digging the first ones up beginning of June when we get back from a week's holiday abroad and we have only just used the last ones up at the weekend so nearly 10 months without buying a potato
We quite often have a house full and I don't think you can go wrong with a good jacket potato - I like mine with melted cheese :D

    Morning everyone :D
