Afternoon all :hello: Just sitting down to lunch as my stomach was shouting at me :rotfl: Been back and updated my list and I've basically got the floors to clean through. I think I might have a proper think about my lists over the weekend so that I can include front-of-house and garden stuff mid-week so I can have the weekends free
Oh well, off to surf for a bit while I have lunch. Laters :wave:Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -
Have just managed to spend an hour on here when I'm supposed to be cleaning the bathroom....
I did the children's rooms yesterday, because I didn't feel that energetic and knew if I even switched on the computer to see what was on the list, I'd never get any flying done at all!
Weekly shopping to be done today as well. Just waiting for DS1 to ring me for a lift from school - he's done his AS Physics this morning.
Right - bathroom here I come!!
Have a great holiday Lil me!!It is never too late to become what you were always intended to be0 -

Just got to mop the floors and wash the washingmachine drawer and I'm done cleaning wise:j I'll put the drawer in to soak in hot water before I go to bed
I've also managed to wash all the rugs from around the house (all 4 of them, all little) by slinging them in the machine so I'm going to go and put them out on the line and then start sticking up the charts/lists I've made for DD
Rather than pocket money (coz we're skint!) we're going to give her paper "tokens" which she can then cash in for various things when she has enough - idea pinched kind of from Pigsback - but it will be cheap things for the smaller amounts and the more she "saves up" the better the prizeJust need to discuss the prizes with OH  Which reminds me I need to print the tokens out as well
:rotfl:
Right, washing is shouting :wave:Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -

Halllooo,
Hope you've all had a good day?
On account of leaving in a hurry this morning every single room is upside down. I've just managed to get the two damp washloads out 'cos the sun has finally broken through for the first time this week, hurrah! WM on with another load.
I think at some point this evening I need to find the source of all the flies in the house..grim. If I find it I'll tell you if my suspicions are correct but some of you may be eating just now..
Easy rooms first then the kitchen. The garden need some attention too, I'm in one of those don't know where to start moods, which usually end up with nothing being done.
No big plans for me this evening,I've offered to work someone overtime in the morning 'cos they're out making merry tonight and I need the cash. Everybody's a winner!

Waterproof jackets washed and on line, looking like we'll need them so was worthwhile. Towels now in, not going to take used ones with us so thought best get some washed.
Next job make sure what I need to pack is clean, then tidy sitting room, oh after dinner just cooking now.One day I might be more organised...........

Just a quick update from me. Had a manic 45 minutes upstairs earlier while charlie played in his cot. I even pulled out Charlie's cot, hoovered underneath, dealt with a small mould patch i found  and found some stuff in there to get rid of. I've put off making a decision on it for a few weeks, but i'm fed up of it, so it's gone. Charlie's room now is good enough for an anthea white glove inspection.

Hope the weather's better than you anticipate lil_me. As you've got your waterproofs all ready it probably won't rain!
Whatever the weather, have a great time. How fantastic to have saved up so much for your holiday spending. :T
Off to do a little bit of flying now before DH gets in and drags me off to the gym. He's determined to make me get fit and I'm determined to make him get tidy. I don't think either of us has any chance of success but we're neither of us about to admit defeat. I've been trying to tidy him up for 34 years and it hasn't made a jot of difference so far. BTW I was OBVIOUSLY a child bride. :rotfl:0
