Moneyback is credited on the anniversary of you opening the account and is credited off the balance that is outstanding at that time.
If you had a zero balance at that time, then you could request a cheque or a credit balance refund to your bank account.
Check the "moneyback summary" on the back of your statement to see how much you need to spend before you get into the 5% tier.

There is no tier for 5% - it's an introductory offer for the first three months where you can get earn to £200 cashback. After that, the cashback is tiered "0.5% for aggregate amounts up to £3,500; and 1% for aggregate amounts from £3,501 to £10,000; and 1.5% for aggregate amounts in excess of £10,001", so the most you can get after the introductory offer is 1.5%.

Amex refused today in Mills newsagents amd Woolworths (apparantly they used to accept it but since they've go into administration its a no no)

just look at their website, looks like they dont provide 5% cashback for additional card usage. or am i misunderstand it??
