   Had a massive two day barney with OH again..... he's been out two nights this week (and all day yesterday!) and spent I dread to think how much money!!! And then has the cheek to complain that he's got no money!!!
I'm not gonna go on about it because I've been SOOOO    the past 48 hrs that I don't wanna start that up again.... its been all I can do not to hit him round the head with something heavy... and I'm sorry to say literally!:o
I told him I feel like he uses me as a cash machine and taxi service, talks to me like a piece of crap when he's having a !!!! day, then expects me to roll over and put out! Sorry to be crude, but I am f***ed off with him!

He's still going about this bl00dy tv! I've told him we will get one (just to keep him quiet, so I don't kill him!), but that we can't buy on until the payment has cleared for the tv we bought for a friend..... the statement doesn't come til between 9th and 11th, so its gonna be a week Monday til we can go get one at the earliest - by then I will have not mentioned it for a week, then thought up some more bull about why we can't get one (my CC company have just dropped my limit because I paid off a balance - well thats what I told him anyway)

I told him that if he can put up for this for another 6 months, then we can start saving for a deposit, maybe buy a house etc etc etc, and he just sat there shaking his head. I told him that we clearly didn't want the same things in life, that he still wants to be 19 and live that way, and that if he didn't want the same things as me he could start looking for what he wants somewhere else! That's how angry I was:mad:
I just feel like :wall::wall: all the time, as soon as I think I am starting to get thru to him, he reverts back to his selfish a-hole self again:mad:

And I said I wasn't gonna go into it!?! Gotta go chill for ten mins now, I'm all wound up again!:(

chill.... you can't force him to change so try not to get too stressed - easier said than done I know. hopefully he'll have forgotten about it in a couple of weeks and it won't be an issue then.
No great words of wisdom I'm afraid but just wanted you to know someone was here listening! ((((Hugs)))

    Yep - men eh?

But it looks like you're reinforcing the lesson that if he whinges for long enough he can have anything he wants. You're making a rod for your own back doing that as I'm sure you're now aware.

I agree with Z Sarah, he needs to learn "No" is an answer, takes a long time but I think we've finally broken through to my dad so men do get there eventually. Not easy though :grouphug:

  • He goes out on a two day bender spending all your hard earned monies and you reward him for doing this with the promise of a new tv?

No no no no!! sarah you have to stay strong and not let him do this babe, otherwise it will be a never ending cycle all through your relationship.

Sorry for ranting but men who do this make me so angry! xxxxxxx

:o:o:o Looks like I have been well and truely told!

Thanks guys, I know you're all right, I give in too easily just to keep him quiet! Hopefully he will forget in a couple of weeks, but if he doesn't, I will have to stand firm and say no, and take all the s**t that goes with it!

I will be strong, I will be strong, I will be strong..... I hope :o
