Just got off the phone to Sainsbury's (for the third time today!).... apparently the recall wasn't actioned when I asked for it all those weeks ago:mad: so they gave me two choices.... either they try to recall it again, whcih could take 10 weeks allowing for the Christmas break.... or I could just call up Egg with all the details and they can do a BACS reversal from their end which should only take them a week:eek: ... the :eek: is because the nice lady on the phone asked me why I didn't do that 8 weeks ago when I phoned up before As I politely explained to her (whilst :mad: inside) I wasn't given that option when I phoned up before!!!!

So called Egg, gave them all the details and they said I will be contacted within 5 working days.... so maybe it is sorted, maybe it isn't

Either way I will be writing a complaint to Sainsburys, because I have had to pay interest on my Egg balance, plus have had to make two minimum payments (one to Egg and one to Sains) so effectively I am paying twice for the £1600 they 'lost'....We shall see!

Joined the DF by 2009 challenge, as I bl00dy well will be! Having a good tidy today, so hopefully will find some stuff to ebay.... and will re-list all my CDs on Amazon to see what sells..... might have a look at Greem Metropolis too.

Now really must get my butt into gear, still in my pj's after being on the phone to various people all morning and my job list isn't clearing itself!
