Yes I do just answer call and then would give exactly the same answer as above.
As I deal with this type of fraud/dispute day in day out.

Fraud teams work on the phone, as you will find out when you talk to HSBC....
Who will also wonder why you took so long to advise them of the issue.

This has nothing to do with being hacked.
Which HSBC will be able to prove when they speak to the casino and compare ip's to the one you use to access your IB.

Then take it seriously and call the police/answer questions that have been put forth to you.

You keep brushing off what your friends have done. That only leads me to believe 1 of 2 things. That it was you who made these deposits and these so called friends/strangers dont exist. Or that you dont understand the seriousness of friends stealing from you.

If you arent willing to take the matter seriously, you can hardly blame us if we wont.

this thread is obvious spam & if its not spam there is only one person to blame for it and thats you.

I would not even trust my own mam with my bank card or online passwords for my betting accounts:D Only yourself to blame for not having your information more secure.

Well they swear nothing to do with them! I have read people can hack someones ip address has this happened to anyone here? and for people wondering why I havnt done much yet think again! I have to wait for the money to leave account so the so called people who deal with this day in day out have really no clue whatsoever.

It's not hacking, get real. It was your friends.
I can guarantee you the bank or casino aren't giving it you back either.
