IT'S NOTHING TO DO WITH THE BANK!!!!

Oh, I give up. A fool and his money.

Another expert? Are you serious? The bank seems happy to assist me after I spoke with them earlier.

Well I will open a claim this week stating I didnt receive goods or services paid for... I have a feeling the casino is involved somehow.. could someone hack my account? Im sure its possible...

Have you 'opened a claim' yet?

Have you spoken to the bank at all?
    ETA:
OK - so you have spoken to the bank

If so, have you been totally honest with them (i.e. told them that you allowed someone to use your username)?

    What did they say?

Re your comments about not receiving goods or services:
Has the money gone from your Casino account? i.e. has it been gambled away?

I think the bank will say that you have received goods/services and I really doubt that the bank will help you at all.

If the bank asks me to go police I will... I have no worries about doing that..

I doubt your bank will help.
I think you need to speak to your friends, their friends and the other people - or just put the loss down to experience and be more careful with your bank details when other people are around.

I dont understand why people are saying I have no chance.... someone has done this.. surely the bank have to cover this? i accept i shouldnt have allowed someone to use my username but hey I didnt expect this... the casino already seems nervous in their emails to me.... they said its up to the bank to chase after the funds as the casinos stance is clear....

    Clear enough for you?

I've quoted it several times in my posts - in case you're thinking about editing your post.

TBH, I think you're just messing about. :wall:

You seem totally clueless about what people have been telling you, you don't answer questions but instead choose to take exception to odd parts of other poster's posts (and make yourself look silly in the process).

Frankly, I don't think you deserve any help.
If this situation is actually real, I don't particularly care if your bank helps you or not or if you get your money back or not.

Well your password is or was easy to guess as you say.

Pollycat has answered the username (it was in post # 12 where you said you allowed someone to use your username ) part and when you put both together you get access to your account.

I hope you have changed the password.

What an earth are you on? Have you been hacked before? I doubt you deal with this stuff as I have Been hacked before and got every Penny back. Dont pretend you deal with this stuff as you clearly just answer calls or infact don't deal with this at all.

Make up your mind. There's far too many contradictions in your story. Stop gambling money you don't have. End of.

Even if you tell them it wasn't you who placed the bet... makes no difference. :D
