TL & becca are also admin now on the group. Mrsbunny - I tried sending an email invite to the group for you - can you let me know if this works as I think that is the 'safest' way of joining if it works ok... x

Off to go get ready now so won't be on here for a while x

Ooh may I join the group too? Sounds fabby especially as I feel quite isolated in this new city sometimes as I don't really know anyone yet.

I woke up at 1am with heartburn so made myself a milkshake. Then woke up at 7am thinking I'd been shot with a machine gun, woke up to my body doing the jerking motion and everything...weird dreams. But I also seem to have a horrid bug :( thought I'd managed to avoid lurgy. Throat is killing, nose is stuffy, eyes achy :( boo to reduced immune system.

For some reason I really want a black forest hot chocolate from c0sta though :)

Yes, had it in the services on the way to babymoon last weekend and it was amAzing. They have other weird and wonderful flavours too http://www.costa.co.uk/whats-new/christmas/ But I think I'm going to go pester the OH to go to c0sta now as I'm hungry (read as requiring cake) and thirsty ;) and pregnant, and baby is making me uncomfortable.

Any ladies with lurgy got any good remedies that we can take, my usual of beech4ms and lots of sleep is off limits :( Don't think RLT is a remedy even though I'm chucking those back.

If you're bunged up Kerri, Sterimar saline nasal spray is fantastic! I am suffering form sinusitis atm (Thought it was just a cold so waited a week before finally speaking to the Dr yesterday.)

I'm on antibiotics which are helping, but the sterimar is amazing!!! You just stick it up your nostril, spray, then blow your nose. It really clears it all and can be used in pregnancy and even on babies. The Dr recommended it but didn't do a prescription, so it was £6.49, but totally worth it. I got it in co-op pharmacy. They do 2 types, the pharmacist said I needed the isotonic one, but you could check online what the different types do.

Hope you feel better soon. x

Yeah I was skeptical but bought a nasal spray the other week when I had blocked sinus and it did help. It was with the baby cold remedies.

I also put karvol on a tissue, sniffed that a bit. Love that smell!
