aww that's fantastic news BigZ, I'm so pleased for her
Lily I'm glad to hear all is well with little miss, 6lbs 5 would be a decent weight considering the earlier worries
I have a sore diaphramwoke up in the night feeling really sick cos of it.
Also i have such baby brain that a good ten minutes of my morning commute was spent trying to work out how old I am
and now i've just realised that i settled on the wrong figure and i am in fact 27.

LOL TL, Baby Brain is a killer! I sent out an e-mail last week to loads and loads of people and there were about 5 big errors in it!
I'm getting people to check my work for me now!
Good news about little lady's progress Lily!
Hope the thrush clears up quickly BZ, sounds unpleasant.Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -
LOL TL! You've made me smile this morning with that one. I thought I was the only one losing the plot with the baby brain. Last week I was trying to describe a word because I couldn't for the life of me remember it, the irony of it was the word was "shortcut"....and I'd gone the long way around it and never arrived until I spoke to my colleague the next day and it was just there?!?!
Congratulations Lily, I don't think my nephew was much heavier than that and there were never any problems with him throughout pregnancy so you must be so relieved.
AFM - tired this morning, slept better though makes such a difference having lovely clean sheets. I'm considering getting some lavender essential oil and making up a spray bottle to help with the sleeping though. Just about to pay for post-natal NCT classes so I can meet some other mummies when I'm on my own when OH goes back to work.Diary: Getting back on track for 2013 and beyondDEBT FREE 13-10-13 :dance::dance::dance::dance:

I would highly recommend Baby Sensory, Kerri, as an alternative to meet other mummies. It's not cheap but it's aimed specifically at pre walking babies (under 1 y) some areas they do special <7 month classes, so it's quite targeted age wise. We started at 6ish weeks. DD used to nap for literally 3 hours after every class. I know they have them in Bristol as one of our class leaders moved up from there! http://www.babysensory.com/en/findaclass It is pricey (£6ish a session) but so lovely. And a nice thing to do for the baby which isn't a toddler group with lots of mobile kids charging around! (Although church toddler groups / messy plays have their place too!)0

I've booked the NCT early days classes which look good for meeting local mummies and babies0

Lilymay - so pleased to hear your news. 6lb 5oz at 37wks would be a real healthy weight. Dd1 was 6lb 7oz at 42+3. Keeping my fingers crossed that your little one continues to progress well. Sounds like your HCPs are looking after you. x
Any news from brunettegirl or MiffyMoo? Hoping they've had their babies. Huge labour vibes to Poppy too; you must be so bored with being pregnant now. I feel like I've been pregnant forever although I have spent over 13 months pregnant with an 8wk gap! We must have far too hospitable wombs!
How are you doing Cloudy?

omg induction tomorrow - nervous! mostly because it was only decided yesterday so ive not a lot of time to get my head round it. although i guess it helps reading about what some of our graduates have experienced and how the process went. cant believe ill be arriving at the hospital tomorrow and not coming home until i have a baby!

Zippy - Thanks for letting me know about KP. I imagine it was a very bitter sweet moment for her. I'm trying not to think about that just yet. Very pleased all went well for her though.
Angel - The 6lb 5oz is a prediction for 40 weeks so I imagine she'll be a bit smaller at 37. Having said that, I don't have much faith in growth scans as they are all based on averages. What exactly is average?!
Good luck to those who are clogging up the listsI can't imagine the frustration of being overdue, thankfully I'll never have to, but I promise it is worth the wait. Am keeping an eye out for updates

mincepie - thanks for the link I'll definitely check that out. I'll put some money aside now so I can take her, as it looks like something that'll really help her development and give me an hour of *hopefully* talking to some adults!
I think the 02 guy has heard it all now, just upgraded my phone for the first time in 5+ years because I wanted to finally get a smartphone...the reason "so I can send photos & videos to OH when he's at work as I don't want him to miss out on anything".Diary: Getting back on track for 2013 and beyondDEBT FREE 13-10-13 :dance::dance::dance::dance:
