Congrats Lemonmelon
Nothing from me. Made OH "pile drive me into oblivion" as Raj would say last night. Made no difference. Still no niggles or anything. Just a very creaky pelvis :rotfl:What's yours is mine and what's mine is mine..0 -
Congratulatons Fluffy! :j Hope you're both getting on well!
Congratulations to Lemonmelon too! :j What a lovely turn around in a year!
Baba, your 'doodles' are so cute! You're a very clever lady, looking forward to seeing it all finished so hurry up!We're just sticking to some fun kiddy pop art style pictures on the wall, quadruple anchored to make sure they won't fall down!
Good to hear you're feeling better KScarlet, must be awful getting so poorly and not being able to drug yourself up to the eyeballs! Hope your DS gets better very soon so you get some sleep.
Sounds like a planned c-section is the way to go Amy, the dodgy joints and fractured coccyx don't sound nice!
Hooray for getting things sorted in the nursery BZ!I love our little wardrobe with baby's clothes hanging up in there, it's just the sweetest sight!
Really hope there are more baby announcements today!
Brunettegirl, tell those helpful people to take a long walk off a short pier! I can't believe the unhelpful/hurtful nonsense people come out with sometimes- if there was any worry the doctors would have interevened by now.
LOL at the pile driving Nene! :rotfl:Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -

Morning everyone and big congratulations to those whose long wait has finally ended.
I'm after any advise on rain covers for a pra- are they one size? Any recommendations. We re very lucky to gave a Stokke scoot bought for us but this is only thing I can see missing at moment and I'm clueless!0 -
BigZ - how did the GTT go yesterday?
Don't know yet, they don't test it there and then, they send it off to the lab. Getting the results isn't as easy as it should be either because I'm "inter - area" (live in one Borough but giving birth in another, so I also have 2 confusing sets of notes) so in theory no news, within a week or so, is good news! I'll ring (if I can work out who to ring? Lol) if I don't get told the result within a fortnight. It'll still be before my next MW appointment. They did a full blood count too and I want to know what my iron level is (I wondered if I had anaemia a couple of weeks ago). Last time I got the report through the post, so I'm expecting similar this time...
I tell you what though, last time (in my address Borough) I had a GTT I just had to drink a little cup of syrup there and then in front of the nurse. This time (in my chosen hospital Borough) I had to drink 400mls of lucozade within 15 mins, in the waiting room. That's a massive difference! 46g of sugar in the lucozade  I swear the test is designed to give you diabetes, not just test for it!
I don't understand how the results are supposed to be comparable though, when you're left for the same amount of time (for both tests I've experienced) after the sugar intake, but have a completely different amount of sugar?
Consultant wasn't impressed that I've had sinus pain for 4 months (I've been putting it down to me, my silly body + pregnancy congestion) and wants my gp to refer me to an ENT specialist.
Good luck tooth fairy!

Fingers crossed for you then BigZ. I have sinus problems too, I've increased my water intake to try to calm it down a bit. Although since the weather turned I now wake up every morning with a bloody nose. I did joke with OH that he'd been punching me in my sleep, but apparently not. I tend to put mine down to my existing medical condition too. My ENT referral came back negative to anything wrong with my nose other than a twist in the cartilage on the side that isn't currently bleeding grr.Diary: Getting back on track for 2013 and beyondDEBT FREE 13-10-13 :dance::dance::dance::dance:

Eve Josephine was born last night weighing 7lb 11 oz and is absolutely perfect, the labour was tough and ended vwith emergency forceps as she was really struggling and turned out to have the cord around her neck but I'd do every second again for her.
In a weird coincidence she was born exactly a year to the day that we went for a scan only a floor below and found we were having our 3rd miscarriage so I was pretty emotional about that. I like that we came full circle in that year.0 -
Well done lemon melon! !! Enjoy every minute of your new girl! ! Tooth fairy. ...I reckon baby will be here by tomorrow! !!0

Aside from the fact that delivering a dead baby last year at 20 weeks due to a virus, means I am a strong believer in things happen for a reason.0 -
Huge huge congratulatios Lemon (I remember your hearftache) and Fluffy. Lovely lovely news.
Anything from TTC yet? I am so eager for her announcement.
Still here. No signs of any action other than loss of mucus.
The due date based on when I ovulated (I had a trigger so know the exact time!) isn't until Sunday, maybe baby is hanging on until then.
OH just handed his notice in at work as he has a new job & my parents are due to move house at the beginning of next week but have yet to exchange - at least there's not much going on!
Congrats lemon & fluffy.
