So, can anyone recommend a pram that will go in the boot of a peugeot 207?

    Oh poo :(

I can recommend NOT getting a Bugaboo Gecko/Chameleon although I think the Chameleon's may be slightly more easy going... but I have the Gecko travel system (2nd hand) and it is huge!

It's a two parter too so baby better like being in a sling! Not like he hasn't been hoisted around for the past 8months, and i'll come with a nice comfy headrest built in...
  • I'm glad we don't have the worry about small boot space - we have a Vauxhall Zafira! I need to pick our travel system up from my parents' this week too. It wasn't kept there for superstitious reasons - we were having our downstairs decorated so wanted it 'out of the way'.

So now been on maternity leave for a little over a week and people keep asking if I'm bored yet. Nope. Not in the slightest. Struggling to resist logging in to work emails but haven't replied to any. Only had one colleague text me, but he's a good friend so I don't mind as it wasn't work related.

I'll be honest and say that I thought nesting was an urban legend / old wives tale but no. Yesterday I organised the airing cupboard and today it was the shed, under stairs cupboard and the kitchen cupboards. Really ready for baby to make an appearance soon. Reluctant to try raspberry leaf tea though as I really dislike fruity teas.

Vic 3 what about the new mamas and papas armadillo? Not a bad price and folds small? Good luck. I have a corsa which is 285 boot capacity.. not great but I just get the m&p sola in. We also tested the m&p urbo which fit with that bit extra room round it so that could work? From what I have read 207s have a 270 litre boot space so not much smaller than my car so an urbo may squeeze in

Aw no Vic :( I'm not sure sorry. Might be worth popping into Mothercare as I found them brilliant for advising on sizes/ etc and the sales assistant even carried pushchairs out to our car to try! DHs car is tiny and we have to pop the wheels off our pram which doesn't bother me too much, failing that you could put it in the foot well in the back? My car is a massive 7 seater so last time I had the pushchair in there it was rattling around in the back so we go from one extreme to the other! xx

I feel so full of cold :( just started last night and I am feeling sorry for myself!

Yay October babies! I have to admit its only dawned on me that being due end of November its highly likely my November baby will infact be a December baby. I'm not too bothered which month she is born but I really hope she doesn't go 2 weeks over!

Oh no, you caught my cold scarlet :( hope you feel better soon.

Seems I'm not as stupid as I thought. Mothercare list two different sets of dimensions for the same product. Going to call them tomorrow to see what they say. Not sure what I'm hoping for though!

We've got a Nissan Micra (W reg) so our options were limited. We went to Toys R Us and the sales assistant pointed out the three travel systems that might fit. She was really helpful and took the one we liked (Cosatto Giggle) out to the car to see if it would fit.

LOL yes i must have! How are you feeling now? I would phone them, have a good moan about false info on their website, you have nothing to lose! I've been complaining lots lately to different companies. I am really not a happy consumer when pregnant! x

I saw the Cosatto Giggle at the babyshow and although I know there has been some safety issue (I think its older models though) they looked lovely! I really really want one!!

We've got a Treet (green). We'd heard about the problems before Watchdog mentioned it recently (the full article is on tomorrow night) but it seems to just affect the older batches according to the Cosatto website.
