Omg I'm at the top!

I'm requesting an induction tomorrow... I'm miserable now. Dies anyone know if I can request an induction before 40+12? I assume its my choice and so I just ask but you never know!

Good luck to the ladies due this week.

5 days left in work (over the next two weeks), I think I'd ask to finish now apart from we're so short staffed! I'm only answering the phone now and taking info, risk assessing cases but we're too busy to leave it to the two other staff and my replacement has just been commandeered to help out another team for 2 weeks until I go - don't you just love local authorities!

Really need to get my hospital bag done this weekend. Have made a start and put some big pants in there and some nighties.

Got my 36 week scan on thursday, baby's been wriggly as anything and feels like he's breech at the moment. Also seeing consultant and midwife - initially when I was diagnosed with GD the midwife said they wouldn't let me go past my due date, will need to see if that's still the case.

Helen, I know that here they're happy to consider inductions for anyone who's 40+, but some midwives are definitely more amenable than others. Either way, you certainly have the right to ask :grouphug:
