My doctor laughed when I suggested these to my doctor - they don't have enough iron. My prescription is for 2x200mg tablets a day and spatone is apparently "much less". Pity as I know my body likes them!

I wish they gave me constipation... Try have the opposite effect on me and my stomach gets cramps and windy. Not fun at all.

Roll on maternity leave next week - I'm drained.

I do worry a little how ill manage with new baby and a toddler who doesn't sleep well, but figure plenty of other people manage and so will I

I'm tired now wish ds2 would go to sleep take care everyone xx

MV.. it was the funeral of his ex yesterday and it was just a comment made about missing her/can't believe she has gone etc but really disrespectful to me and totally insensitive especially given my fragile emotional state. My daughter did tell him too.. and I quietly seethed .. I haven't had so much as a hug or peck on the cheek in weeks and she gets all the attention .. totally out of order! .. Hell if my ex croaked I'd dance on his grave wearing neon pink lycra (not a sight for anyone), plant venus fly traps and dig extra worms into his bit of maggoty soil!!.. no animosity there at all!!

Well done to those who have had their babies, and good luck to those who are about to.
I am 22+2 now, with limbs wedged under my ribs, and a head just above my hip, can't sit straight, can't stand for long, and someone needs to inform my unborn offspring that morning sickness should be gone by now, and that Mummy really needs some sleep.
I have my next growth scan and consultant appointment in a fortnight, and I'm hoping to get a physio referral, the pain in my pelvis and hips is almost unbearable now, I walked the 200 yards to the shop yesterday, and was in tears with the pain the whole way home.
I feel bad, as my 2 eldest go back to school in a fortnight, and we've done nothing, as I'm physically incapable of doing much with them - a friend is off out to a local castle and country park place today, and the kids want to go too, but I'll never manage it, far too much walking for me, my eldest is OK about it, but the youngest informed me last night that he hated me. I know he doesn't mean it, he's just angry, but it still got to me, and I ended up roaring at him and sending him to bed, then sitting in floods of tears feeling guilty! Bloody hormones, I'm normally fairly calm, but can't help it just now.
I'll stop moaning now, sorry, just ignore me, I feel a bit better now I've let it out!

We'll see how I get on - I'm on 3 x 200mg a day. Hoping I have revived engergy levels once I've taken a few!

So might today be D-Day for you?

I was feeling so achy when I woke up this am..pain right down my sides and legs..rubbish Don't even feel like walking anywhere, but I have to attempt to get DS out of the house for a wee while. Typically, OH's parents were down the last few days to give me a bit if a break, but DS has been pretty poorly with a virus and hasn't wanted to do anything but sleep.

Now they have gone home again, he is suddenly restored to full health and driving me mad already!

Short dog, could you try phoning about a physio appointment now? Seems crazy to wait a fortnight with the pain you're in. Apologies if I read your post wrong.

Said I'd go for lunch with a friend today but I'm really not sure if I'm up for it. I feel a bit pathetic as I'm pregnant, not dying, but the thought of public transport and walking about makes me nervous, particularly on these drowsy painkillers (I slept pretty much all day yesterday). Decisions!

Awful nights sleep , up couple of times in the night with either heartburn or needing a wee, then oh snoring like a warthog so I ended up on the sofa!

I've got some kind of sciatica / leg pain in my right leg . Been to doctors with it about a month ago and have been referred for physio. No idea when that will come through, probably after the baby is here!
